Rather than fight gave additional 200000 He was a poor driver driving at 20kph then when i asked if he could go a bit faster drove like an idiot endangering all other road beware.. Clean cabs, meters that work, polite efficient drivers, distinctive uniforms with the bluebirds on shirts, seat headrests with the bluebird interwoven in the fabric, and the name Bluebird Group prominently displayed on the cab. Anything else is a poor replica and will cost you much more than a Bluebird Group fare. Read our transparency report to learn 2023 • SoloI was at a Pertimina last night getting petrol, the taxi in front if me finished getting their petrol and instead if leaving, they walked over to the next bay to meet another bluebird driver and start a conversation. The queue was several cars long but that did not seem to bother the driver. I honked the horn and the taxi driver came to my car and said they wanted to hit me in the face and told me to go back to my country. Very aggressive and nasty; i did not get out if my car because this was a joke to me since the driver was a WOMAN! She cursed me with the F word a few times then finally retreated to her car. She pulled to the side of the station and thats when I got the photo. Not the first time I’ve had a bad taxi interaction; The general attitude of bluebird drivers Ive experienced has had a nasty, money driven and entitled tone. I have the app and use it and it has been a life tourist sometimes mistaken a Bluebird for a fake Bluebird, but all bluebird taxis have a taxi number on the back and side. There are many fakes and these are the ones you will have problems have read s few negative reviews about Bluebird but I’m 99% sure that without realising they are talking about one of the fake bluebirds and didn’t even always leave a tip after each ride as I have not once on this trip had a bad service from them. Never had any issues and you are able to select cash and pay direct to driver. short trips are IDR30k.
